In an organization (work or duties), if we are concerned about our lives or where they are heading in the current period, or feel unsafe, we still have some helping hands within the organization.
In the Showa period (Japan), There were a lot of elderly people who were always helping each other. That statement, "helping each other," seems to be the phrase that was forgotten during the Heisei era. For TJMA, "helping each other" started with the associates within TJMA's member itself to solve problems, and continued with the cooperation of the members of the board, consultants, and approved lawyers and accountants. Moreover, the term "helping each other" could be used in the context of unpredictable situations such as the death of the members, hospitalization of the members, various disasters, compensation for the members' family if he or she is facing an economic crisis, and life stabilization of the members, as well as group insurance for the company. On the other hand, we could say that this is the core function of the guild when the other members are facing a certain problem.
What is "helping" and "helping each other"?
Selfish people are selfish and dangerous. Darren is not allowed to be associated with these kinds of guilds in Japan. This kind of behavior is problematic for the other members of the working environment and the harmony of "helping each other" for TJMA. With the support and the corporation of the members, whether it is personal or organizational, with this core belief, there was success without any notice.
Moreover, there is another core belief of the guild, which is "economic stability." Disbelief is more common than helping each other, but to expand the ideas for the plans for all of the members' better lives, there is a regular basis for exchanging ideas among the members and some activities that include everyday life-basis activities. Moreover, other than these activities, the guild is responsible for seeking better social welfare for the members from donations and charities rather than strictly using the money for the membership fees.

Admission fee shall be paid at the same time.
1. A set of admission application. (Please refer to application in left column.)
2. A set of medical checkups "health declaration" at the time of admission (Please refer to application). The past medical history and family structure etc. shall be clearly written in the health declaration.
• Members shall be withdrawn immediately in case of non-compliance with disclosure requirements.
• Members who intend to use our insurance maliciously or who do not follow our principle shall be withdrawn after it has been discussed at director's council.
3. In all plans, there will be a contract of at least half a year. Those without a visa or tourist visa will not be able to enter the plan.
4. A copy of ID card or passport. It's signature on picture page and page of Visa.
5. Entry fee + monthly membership fee + union fee. (Depending on each plan.)
The deadline for submitting application documents before 15th of every month. The coverage will start on 1st of every next month. In case of non-compliance with disclosure or by result from insurance company. The coverage cannot start on 1st of next month.

The entry fee is250฿. (Registration fee + Insurance application procedure + Membership card issuing fee + Discounts card for medical expenses in affiliated hospitals.)
Members who choose to pay every 3 months will be required to pay6 months membership the first time.
So, the entry fee is 250฿ + monthly membership fee (25฿ x 6 or 12 months) + union fee (6 or 12 months).
TJMA Association mainly targeted at Japanese people working and living in the Kingdom of Thailand. Including Japanese spouses or children Japanese, language school, student’s university, Employees of Japanese companies, etc. If members between the ages of 10 and 65 can join the 4 existing plans. For those who wish to join at their age of below 10 years old or 65 years old and above without insurance. Can join uninsured insurance plans (Membership fee is 1500 baht per year) Members will receive a discount from affiliated hospitals and consult.

Insurance for the association insurance cards can be used instead of cash at affiliated hospitals in Thailand.
